Notre approche écologique intégrée
Le Traiteur Vray souhaite s’inscrire dans une dynamique de travail respectueuse de l’environnement. Pour ce faire, nous avons rédigé notre propre « charte écodynamique ». L’application de celle-ci dans notre philosophie de management est aujourd’hui au cœur de nos préoccupations. Renforcer les circuits courts en travaillant avec des producteurs locaux, travailler des produits saisonniers, limiter la consommation d’énergie et d’eau ou encore le tri des déchets sont autant de facteurs auxquels nous portons une grande attention. Des investissements sont également consentis afin de nous munir de matériel de cuisine de dernière génération, moins énergivore, et des véhicules neufs, moins polluants.
